Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 701 pub Platform. Operating more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 701 pub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all pending and settled bets associated with duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
You must provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account information if any details change. 701 pub is entitled to rely on the information provided in your account profile. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account suspension and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 701 pub login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. You agree to notify 701 pub immediately if you suspect or discover any unauthorized access to your account. 701 pub accepts no liability for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
701 pub is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection obligations. You agree to provide valid government-issued Philippine identification documents upon request and at any point prior to the processing of withdrawals. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 701 pub reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of PHP 100 from the balance of inactive accounts after providing prior notice to the registered email address. 701 pub will not permit an account balance to be reduced below zero through inactivity fees.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 701 pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
All content on the 701 pub Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, images, audio-visual content, game designs, brand identity, trademarks, logos, and written materials — is the exclusive property of 701 pub or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 701 pub.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 701 pub and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) any losses arising from gambling outcomes, whether or not 701 pub was advised of the possibility of such losses; (d) any temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform; or (e) any loss or corruption of data.
701 pub's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 701 pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 701 pub's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
You may close your 701 pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
701 pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with or without prior notice where 701 pub has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account is being used in breach of these Terms; (b) the account holder is under 21 years of age; (c) the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement; (d) fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity has occurred; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 701 pub.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the 701 pub Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
